New features¶

Rich text controls in forms now take tables: a table copied from a spreadsheet, a web page or a document is pasted as a table and stored as such, as a Markdown table in the Markdown controls and as an HTML table in the HTML controls. The editor keeps a plain grid – merged cells are split and a line break inside a cell becomes a space.
Input, date range input, radio button, button and related items selector blocks have two new settings: "Focus On Open" places the cursor into the block when the form opens, so users can start typing right away, and "Skip In Tab Order" lets the Tab key pass over the block.
Notifications shown with the command "Dispatch UI" (DisplayToastAction) can carry their own icon or picture: the optional Image in the payload takes the result of an image expression. Without it the notification keeps the icon of its severity.

The UI command FocusInputBlockAction of the command "Dispatch UI" now reliably places the cursor into the field, also when it is shown on a tab that is not selected, in a collapsed accordion item or in a folded stack - these are opened first. Instead of the id of the field, the id of the input block can be used.
Related items grids and lists in forms no longer show check boxes. The marked row always shows the current record of the relationship, which a click on the row changes. After the form is updated, for example when the marked record was unlinked, the grid marks the new current record.
The menu of the selected block in the block tree of the form and dashboard editors has a new entry "Copy ID". It copies the ID of the block definition to the clipboard and confirms it with a message. All entries of the menu now show an icon, including "Clone".

List validation rules now ignore upper and lower case: high is accepted for the valid value High. Drop-downs, list boxes, radio buttons and button groups show such a value as the selected entry instead of marking it as no longer valid. Values that were rejected only because of their casing are now accepted.

When you edit the name, the description or a new tag in the header of a definition editor, the cursor now stays where you put it. Holding Backspace in the middle of the name no longer makes the cursor jump to the end and delete from there.
In editors with a condition builder, such as Logical expressions, adding, removing or moving a clause now enables the save button right away, without another field having to be changed first.
The "CSS Styles" of a grid and of its columns are now applied. The styles are computed for each record and shown on the rows and cells of the grid, also when the grid shows cards.
A form with a tab block further down no longer scrolls the page down to that tab block when it opens.
Records of entities whose identifying field (flag SpecialField.RecId) has a storage name other than "RecId" are now opened, saved and deleted correctly. The same applies to the "Created At" and "Last Modified At" fields, which are now found by their flags as well.
In a Prompt expression with a selection list, the chosen entry now stays visible in the list after it has been selected, and confirming the dialog always returns the value of exactly that entry.
